I got the exact haircut I wanted - PERFECT!  And I was treated like a queen!

Debbie...My name is Alison.  About a month ago I was in for a massage and a consultation on my hair.  I wanted to see if I damaged it too much coloring it.  It was a very snowy evening and the roads were bad.  I felt terrible about NOT canceling my appointment but I was desperate for a massage.  I have been through a very difficult, pivotal time in my life.  My body and neck had been so tense, and I needed the massage bad!  So I was selfish and didn't cancel!  BUT the women who consulted with me on my hair was so kind and spent a lot of time reassuring me, and put me at ease.  The woman who did my massage never made me feel like I had put her out by her staying.  She took her time with me and gave me the best massage EVER!  While I was checking out, one of the women went outside and swept the snow off my van for me.  When I was leaving I was helped into my coat.  I had to share this with you because I felt so taken care of and special!  It was just the kind of night I needed.  The best part was that I didn't feel like it was fake...they really were THAT nice!  You should be very proud of your employees and for creating such a wonderful atmosphere!  I just saw on your websight that Betsy James works there too!  She attends my church and I am crazy about her! I didn't realize she worked there too!  Anyways...thank you so much.  I just wanted to let you know the impact that evening had on me!
